My Health Record Software Vendor Test (SVT) System Planned Maintenance

The My Health Record System Operator advises there will be planned maintenance to the My Health Record system Software Vendor Test (SVT) environment during the following windows:

Thursday 2 April 2020 from 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM (AEDT)

During this change window, a critical patch will be applied to the SVT environment and will require a 30-minute outage for mobile applications at the conclusion of the change, from approximately 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM (AEDT) Thursday 2 April 2020. All functionality of the SVT environment will otherwise remain available throughout the duration of this window. This change does not require a change to vendor products.

Please note, these maintenance activities have been scheduled outside the advertised supported hours for the SVT environment. The System Operator apologises for any inconvenience this may cause.

The Medicines View Optimisation aims to reduce duplication by enhancing the interoperability between PBS - and AMT- coded items as well as enhancing existing grouping and ‘Differs Advisory’ logic. The implementation of the full PBS to AMT Map will also enable form and/or strength change advisories to be provided based on AMT codes rather than relying on PBS codes alone which may no longer be present. All changes have been implemented on the back-end logic and will have no impact on the User Interface. This will be released as part of the My Health Record Release 11 currently scheduled to go-live in early March 2020.
