Advance Care Document Custodian

This incremental release of the Advance Care Document Custodian end product provides an update to the Template Package Library.

The sole template package in the template package library has been updated to correct a defect in the MANIFEST file that prevented the My Health Record system from correctly retrieving the CDA™ schema files. This defect did not affect the execution of the template package by the Clinical System Validator. The template package ID has not been updated as part of this change.

Core Level One Clinical Document (New)

The Core Level One Clinical Document is a CDA container for the electronic representation of clinical information provided by source systems. For example, documents in PDF format could be included in the CDA container so it can be accepted by the My Health Record.

Although this Core Level One Clinical Document could ostensibly be used for any clinical document, it can only be used when permitted in the My Health Record technical specifications authored by the Australian Digital Health Agency.
