Medical History - Detailed Clinical Model Specification v1.1

This specification forms part of a suite of data specifications that provide a shared basis for data interpretation. Detailed clinical models are specified as business and technical definitions of data that systems may need to share or persist.This detailed clinical model specification supports the sharing and persistence of medical history data such as a problem or diagnosis, or information about the activities required to carry out a procedure.

This data group specification forms part of a suite of data specifications that the Agency is developing for the Australian Health Informatics Community.

By operation of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability (Establishing the Australian Digital Health Agency) Rule 2016, on 1 July 2016, all the assets and liabilities of NEHTA will vest in the Australian Digital Health Agency. In this website, on and from 1 July 2016, all references to "National E-Health Transition Authority" or "NEHTA" will be deemed to be references to the Australian Digital Health Agency.
