eHealth pathology reports can be used to share information about pathology tests via an individual's digital health record. The Pathology Report PDF may contain one or more tests that are uploaded by the pathology provider to the individual's digital health record.

To enable the uploading of clinical documents and the viewing of a patient's My Health Record, the following functionality and supporting material is recommended.

We have recently identified a defect in our Pathology Report View and Diagnostic Imaging Report View stylesheet version 1.1.1 (DH_Diagnostic_Imaging_And_Pathology_View_CDA_Stylesheet-1.1.1.xsl).
