This extension applies to any resource and represents the date an individual first registered, for example in the context of an organ donor register this date is not updated if a consent decision or provision is changed.

Usage scenarios

The following are the usage scenarios expected:

• An individual’s Australian Organ Donor Register record is uploaded to the My Health Record system from a Medicare repository

Each Extension SHALL have

1. an extension identifier (url)
2. a date of initial registration
