The Agency would like to advise all developers on the availability of its conformance services, including conformance assessments and support, throughout the end of year holiday period and office closures.

Conformance Assessment Services
Healthcare Identifiers Service
The Healthcare Identifier (HI) Service conformance assessment service will conclude on 17 December 2025 and re-commence on 12 January 2026. Bookings are now being taken for HI Service conformance assessments in 2026. Preparatory documentation, such as Implementation Conformance Statements, may continue to be submitted through this period as required.
Electronic Prescribing and eNRMC assessments
The Agency’s Electronic Prescribing (EP) and Electronic National Residential Medication Chart (eNRMC) conformance assessment service will conclude on 4 December 2025 and re-commence on 12 January 2026. Throughout December 2025 and January 2026, EP and eNRMC conformance assessments may be subject to processing delays of up to 10 business days due to the end of year office closure. Developers are requested to consider appropriate additional lead time in product delivery planning, to account for any delays.
National Prescription Delivery Service (NPDS) assessments
The NPDS’s Electronic Prescribing (EP) and eNRMC conformance assessment service will conclude on 19 December 2025 and re-commence on 5 January 2026.
My Health Record self-assessments
From 6:00 PM AEDT on 9 December 2025, new My Health Record self-assessments submissions will be paused. During this time Deloitte will continue to review all self-assessments in progress. Deloitte will provide a templated schedule to help guide assessment planning around that time.
Developer Support
Australian Digital Health Agency
The Agency’s end of year shutdown will commence from 3:00 PM AEDT on 24 December 2025. The Agency will return to business from 2 January 2026.
Please note the Agency’s HI Service, EP and eNRMC conformance assessment services will re-commence on 12 January.
Deloitte
Deloitte’s full shutdown will commence at 6:00 PM AEDT on 19 December 2025. Full operations will resume at 8:00 AM AEDT on 5 January 2026.
During the shutdown period, several services will be unsupported. These include all Notice of Connection (NOC) support, Accenture Test Data Pack (TDP) creation, new onboarding requests, and NOC observation sessions.
Please note that the information above does not account for adjustments related to specific NOC-self-assessment handling. Furthermore, any direct communications from Deloitte to software developers awaiting NOC submission results may be provided this information differently or include additional details regarding the impact on NOC testing.
Services Australia
The Services Australia Developer Liaison team will send an email to all registered Software Developers in the first week of December advising developer support availability. The contents of the email will be published on the Health Systems Developer Portal the following day under the News section in Communications.
