This is the current version.
This release updates the My Health Record Conformance Profile regarding text that is to be displayed by an uploading clinical information system.
The update aligns the display text to be displayed for Advance Care Planning and Goals of Care document types. The new text was devised based on advice provided by the lead implementation jurisdiction for Goals of Care, WA Health.
