Background: This document summarises the requirements for producers and consumers of Australian Childhood Immunisation Register CDA documents that connect to the My Health Record system. This document lists the conformance requirements for Australian Childhood Immunisation Register documents that are in addition to the Australian Childhood Immunisation Register CDA Implementation Guide. Together, these two documents represent the complete conformance requirements for the Australian Childhood Immunisation Register document type.
