Common - Consumer Entered Information - PCEHR Conformance Profile v1.3

This document summarises the requirements for producers and consumers of Consumer Entered Information clinical documents that connect to the My Health Record system. Consumer Entered Information clinical documents include:

1. Consumer Entered Notes
2. Consumer Entered Health Summary
3. Advance Care Directive Custodian Record

This document lists the specific conformance requirements for the Consumer Entered Information clinical documents that are in addition to the Clinical Documents - Common Conformance Profile. Both documents represent the complete conformance requirements for Consumer Entered Information clinical documents.

Clarification: PCEHR means the My Health Record, formerly the "Personally Controlled Electronic Health Record", within the meaning of the My Health Records Act 2012 (Cth), formerly called the Personally Controlled Electronic Health Records Act 2012 (Cth).
