Consumer Entered Notes is a means by which individuals can record notes into their My Health Record via the consumer portal. These notes are provided as a memory aid for individuals and their representatives, and is a step towards strengthening the involvement of the individual in their healthcare.
Clarification: PCEHR means the My Health Record, formerly the "Personally Controlled Electronic Health Record", within the meaning of the My Health Records Act 2012 (Cth), formerly called the Personally Controlled Electronic Health Records Act 2012 (Cth).
