This template package library provides validation rules for Discharge Summary documents to identify points of non-conformance to the relevant specifications. The template packages contained in this library can be used by the My Health Record system and the Agency's Clinical Package Validator.
This release of the Discharge Summary includes the following changes to the Discharge Summary My Health Record Conformance Profile:
- Revision of HPI-I relaxation with change in document version from 1.6 to 1.7
- Update to the 2.3.3 Relaxation inclusions for HPI-I
