This document lists the specific conformance requirements for eHealth Diagnostic Imaging Reports that are in addition to the Clinical Documents - Common Conformance Profile and the generic requirements listed in the Clinical Information Systems Connecting to the PCEHR System Conformance Requirements. Together, these documents represent the complete conformance requirements for eHealth Diagnostic Imaging Reports.
Clarification: PCEHR means the My Health Record, formerly the "Personally Controlled Electronic Health Record", within the meaning of the My Health Records Act 2012 (Cth), formerly called the Personally Controlled Electronic Health Records Act 2012 (Cth).
