eReferral - Template Package Library v1.5

The packages worksheet lists all template packages ever published for this specific End Product together with their relevant metadata. This includes template packages that have been made available through the PCEHR Template Service.

Template packages are identified by their unique template package ID. This ID is accompanied with a template package version number that reflects the build number of the template package. However, this version number is not relevant for the identification of a template package.

This release of the eReferral includes the following changes to the eReferral – My Health Record Conformance Profile v1.5:

• Revision of HPI-I relaxation with change in document version from 1.4 to 1.5
• Update to the 3.3.3 Relaxation inclusions for HPI-I
