Relaxation of HPI-I inclusion
The Event Summary Structured Content Specification [AGENCY2015a] and the Event Summary CDA® Implementation Guide [AGENCY2015b] include either mandatory or conditional conformance requirements for applicable data elements related to the inclusion of HPI-Is when producing an event summary.
