The Health Check Schedule View summarises a schedule of health checks associated with the Child eHealth record. This document summarises the requirements for producers and consumers of Health Check Schedule Views produced by the My Health Record system.
Clarification: PCEHR means the My Health Record, formerly the "Personally Controlled Electronic Health Record", within the meaning of the My Health Records Act 2012 (Cth), formerly called the Personally Controlled Electronic Health Records Act 2012 (Cth).
