This document summarises the requirements for producers and consumers of the Medicare/DVA Benefits Report clinical documents that connect to the My Health Record system. This document lists the specific conformance requirements for the Medicare/DVA Benefits Report clinical document that are in addition to the Clinical Documents - Common Conformance Profile. Together, these two documents represent the complete conformance requirements for the Medicare/DVA Benefits Report documents.
Clarification: PCEHR means the My Health Record, formerly the "Personally Controlled Electronic Health Record", within the meaning of the My Health Records Act 2012 (Cth), formerly called the Personally Controlled Electronic Health Records Act 2012 (Cth).
