My Health Record FHIR Gateway - Data Mapping v3.0

This document contains the mapping between CDA Implementation Guide fields and Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR®) (Version 1.4.0 of standard).

Version 3.0 includes the following additions: 

API Summary tab

• Get Emergency Contact added including link data mapping within the same document
• Update Emergency Contact added including link data mapping within the same document

Action URI List tab

• HTTP action for Emergency Contact added
