These technical specifications enable developers to connect applications to the My Health Record system via the FHIR® Gateway. They describe API requests and responses, data mapping between CDA implementation guide fields and Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR®), and the error scenarios and associated error codes for all APIs. It is intended for use by FHIR® API consumers to understand the API signature exposed by the My Health Record system and the ’my health App’.
Release rationale
New MHR FHIR Mobility API (v3.0.0) GetEmergencyContact(GET) and UpdateEmergencyContact(PUT) is enabled in the My Health Record FHIR gateway for consumer to add, view, edit and remove emergency contact (Emergency Contact/Carer/Next of Kin) details in a similar manner to National Consumer Portal (NCP). All supporting documents have updated to reflect the changes.
