PCEHR B2B Gateway Services - Release Note for HPI-O Relaxation v1.0

To support Registered Repositories that do not hold an HPI-O in connecting to My Health Record, the B2B interface has been extended. This will enable e.g. Department of Human Services (DHS), which is not a healthcare organisation, to connect and make a range of Medicare document types, MBS, PBS, ACIR and AODR available in the PCEHR system. Consequently, the requirement for a participant to have an HPI-O identifier has been modified to support conformant repositories that do not have an HPI-O to connect to the PCEHR B2B gateway using a PCEHR Assigned Identity – Organisation (PAI-O) identifier.

A new view that presents data around an individual holding a My Health Record is introduced. The getIndividualDetailsView is introduced in the view service TSS.
