RCPA - APUTS Microbiology Subset of Organisms mapped to SNOMED CT provides a set of terms for reporting microbiology organisms in Australia and their associated SNOMED CT code.
Specifically, it provides preferred terms for reporting microbiology test results, which can be used in the electronic communication of a pathology report.
