It lists the specific conformance requirements for Specialist Letter documents in the context of the My Health Record system and provides references to all other documents that specify requirements applicable to specialist letters. Such references include the Specialist Letter CDA Implementation Guide and the Clinical Documents Common Conformance Profile.
