eHealth Pathology Report View - Release Note v1.1

This release includes updates to the eHealth Pathology Report View Presentation and Data Usage Guide based on feedback from early implementers. The updates give software developers greater flexibility in designing software and meeting conformance requirements. The changes are largely related to column headings, displaying text blocks where space is limited, as well as clarification on viewing PDF documents.

The eHealth Pathology Report View is an enhancement of the My Health Record capability. The eHealth Pathology Report View capability within the My Health Record system enables clinical information systems to list, group and sort eHealth pathology reports in the My Health Record.

By operation of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability (Establishing the Australian Digital Health Agency) Rule 2016, on 1 July 2016, all the assets and liabilities of NEHTA will vest in the Australian Digital Health Agency. In this website, on and from 1 July 2016, all references to "National E-Health Transition Authority" or "NEHTA" will be deemed to be references to the Australian Digital Health Agency. PCEHR means the My Health Record, formerly the "Personally Controlled Electronic Health Record", within the meaning of the My Health Records Act 2012 (Cth), formerly called the Personally Controlled Electronic Health Records Act 2012 (Cth).
