This incremental release of the Advance Care Directive Custodian end product introduces the Template Package Library as a new product component.
‘Advance Care Directive’ has been changed to ‘Advance Care Directive Custodian’. This is reflected in the name of this end product and the names of its new or updated product components. Names of other product components will be adjusted on their next update.
