eHealth Pathology Report (pathology PDF plus results data) v2.1

eHealth Pathology Report documents can be used to share information about pathology test results via a consumer's My Health Record.

Such a report may contain one or more tests that are uploaded by a pathology provider to the consumer’s My Health Record. Reports will be in a PDF format but test results data may also be presented in another format.
