This document proposes a new template that should be used when defining policies for either an individual XDS Affinity Domain, or multiple XDS Affinity Domains within a particular nation or region. This template provides a consistent documentation format for specifying implementation decisions, policies, and possible refinements of XDS and related profiles. It also provides a comprehensive list of all relevant topics that XDS Affinity Domain implementers may find helpful in planning for deployment.
