This is a supplement to the IHE Patient Care Coordination (PCC) Technical Framework V7.0. It contains content profiles which are used to structure data about a pregnant patient who has been admitted for antepartum care immediately before or during labour. This data includes information on the patient’s personal and medical history, antepartum ambulatory care, standard laboratory tests, and educational material provided during the visit.

This document covers the 4 profiles: Antepartum History and Physical (APHP), Antepartum Summary (APS), Antepartum Laboratory (APL), and Antepartum Education (APE). Antepartum Record (APR) is no longer a profile as it has been subsumed by Perinatal Workflow (PW) profile.

Each profile contains sections for purpose and scope, process flow, actors/transactions, options, groupings, security considerations, and content modules.

Main sections:

· Antepartum History and Physical Content Profile (APHP)

· Antepartum Summary Content Profile (APS)

· Antepartum Laboratory Content Profile (APL)

· Antepartum Education Content Profile (APE)

· Namespaces and vocabularies

· PCC content modules
