This is a supplement to the IHE Patient Care Coordination Technical Framework. It defines a number of Patient Care Coordination (PCC) and Quality, Research and Public Health (QRPH) content modules that are shared between various content documents.
For some profiles, the domain technical committee has chosen to document the content modules in the specific profile supplement rather than in this document.
