The Cross-Enterprise Cardiovascular Heart Team Workflow Definition (XCHT-WD) profile builds on the ITI Cross-Enterprise Document Workflow (XDW) Profile. It establishes a common set of rules for the collaboration of cardiovascular professionals within a heart team.
This supplement to the IHE Patient Care Coordination Technical Framework sets out the XCHT-WD profile. The associated workflow is applicable to many different sharing infrastructures. However, this supplement document presents specific XDS.b-based use cases.
