This is the current version.
This is a supplement to the IHE Patient Care Coordination Technical Framework V11.0. The IHE Assessment Curation and Data Collection (ACDC) Profile supports the selection of assessment instruments from a repository and the integration of those instruments into a provider workflow for the capture of assessment data for a given patient.
Each supplement undergoes a process of public comment and trial implementation before being incorporated into the volumes of the technical frameworks.
