IHE Quality, Research and Public Health Technical Framework Supplement – Healthy Weight (HW)

This document describes the Healthy Weight (HW) Profile, which provides a way to capture and communicate information needed for managing and monitoring healthy weight.

The profile uses several different mechanisms to capture and communicate this information: CDA documents, HL7 v2.5.1 messaging, and electronic data capture and form submission.
