This supplementary resource defines the patient-level quality report needed for the Newborn Hearing Screening (CMS31v4, NQF1354) electronic clinical quality measure (eCQM) defined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s Early Hearing Detection and Intervention program. The measure is used to assess the quality of the process of hearing screening for newborns. To support all realms, the profile uses generalised content modules that are then bound to specific content documents in the realm-specific sections of Volume 4.
