This supplementary resource is an extension to the Treatment Delivery Workflow - II (TDW-II) Profile. It deals with the recording of treatment sessions in case of system outages and/or crashes. It is applicable to managed treatment sessions only (that is, the treatment sessions have to be initially scheduled in the Treatment Management System and retrieved by the Treatment Delivery Device along the transactions specified in TDW-II). Standardising the recording process allows for safe continuation of the next treatment session after successful recovery of the system and the treatment artefacts.
