This document replaces the previous Import Reconciliation Workflow Profile of the IHE Radiology Technical Framework with a new version (IRWF.b). The new version revises several options in the original profile, proposing changes to Volumes 1, 2 and 3 of the IHE Radiology Technical Framework.
The IRWF.b Profile specifies the data and workflow requirements for importing documents from an external enterprise and reconciling them with local patient and procedure information. When attribute values must be changed, this profile provides a mechanism to preserve a copy of the original values inside the imported DICOM2 Composite Objects.
