LOINC is an international standard for identifying health measurements, observations and documents such as laboratory and clinical test results. The LOINC database is available for download in either CSV or Microsoft Access format. Two resources for searching the LOINC database are also available, SearchLOINC and RELMA (Regenstrief LOINC Mapping Assistant). A robust set of search syntax can be used with either resource.
