Supplement 208: DICOM Encapsulation of OBJ Models for 3D Manufacturing and Virtual Reality

This resource extends the DICOM Standard to better address medical 3D manufacturing and uses of virtual reality, augmented reality and mixed reality. The extensions include support for a new 3D model type (OBJ files), identification of models for assembly into a larger object and capturing a preferred colour for manufacturing or display of a model.
