Supplement 215: Second Generation Radiotherapy – RT Ion Radiation Objects

This draft resource specifies additional information object definitions (IODs) needed to support the new Second Generation Radiotherapy IODs and operations. It introduces radiotherapy radiation IODs and radiotherapy radiation set IODs. A radiotherapy radiation set IOD defines a radiotherapy treatment fraction as a collection of instances of radiotherapy radiation IODs. Radiotherapy radiation IODs represent different treatment modalities. This draft resource also introduces the representation of the C-arm techniques.
