Supplement 220: Prostate MRI Structured Reporting

This resource introduces a DICOM Structured Reporting template for encoding a radiologist’s interpretation of a patient’s prostate magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) study. The template’s primary purpose is to support linking the annotations of findings with the measurements derived from the findings and qualitative evaluations associated with the findings. The template also provides a way of communicating image-related information important to assessing prostate MRI (for example, prostate specific antigen testing history and prostate biopsies).
