This reference set supports the identification of Australian Medicines Terminology (AMT) Medicinal Product Unit of Use (MPUU), Medicinal Product Pack (MPP), Trade Product Unit of Use (TPUU), and Containered Trade Product Pack (CTPP) concepts that are reportable within Victoria.
This reference set can be used by dispensing systems to identify reportable medications that are to be monitored for Electronic Recording and Reporting of Controlled Drugs (ERRCD) requirements. Current reportable medicines are Schedule 4 medicines containing: codeine, bromazepam, clobazam, clonazepam, diazepam, gabapentin, lorazepam, midazolam, nitrazepam, oxazepam, pregabalin, temazepam, tramadol, triazolam, quetiapine, zolpidem, and zopiclone.
