What is the Aged Care Industry Offer and what are the benefits?
The Aged Care Industry Offer aims to increase the number of compliant CIS and eMMS (for the aged care sector) software products capable of connecting with My Health Record. By participating in this offer, aged care software providers will help make a positive impact on the information that can be shared digitally when a resident transitions through different care.
The first Aged Care Industry Offer (ACIO 1) was released in October 2021. We’re pleased to update that the majority of aged care software developers now have products conformant with the My Health Record system, with the remaining aged care software developers progressing towards conformance. Release of the second Aged Care Industry Offer
To further expand on the existing industry offer, the second Aged Care Industry Offer (ACIO 2) will enable more software providers to be conformant with the My Health Record system and support the use of the new Aged Care Transfer Summary document.
