This dataset provides the latest information on health outcomes, health system performance and the broader determinants of health for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander (First Nations) people, drawing from the Health Performance Framework (HPF) measures. Tier 1 measures health status and outcomes, Tier 2 measures determinants of health, and Tier 3 measures health system performance. This release incorporates updates from the following measures: Birthweight; Acute rheumatic fever and rheumatic heart disease; HIV, hepatitis and sexually transmissible infections; Infant and child mortality; Perinatal mortality; Contact with the criminal justice system; Child protection; Health behaviours during pregnancy; Antenatal care; Access to hospital procedures; Selected potentially preventable hospital admissions; Self-discharge from hospital.
