HL7 FHIR is an interoperability standard that enables the fast and efficient exchange of health data, including clinical and administrative data.
This implementation guide deals with the application of HL7 FHIR to a medicine's product information: crucial information that supports prescribing and dispensing and informs consumers. The implementation guide describes the technical and business conformance rules needed to create and exchange electronic Product Information (ePI) using HL7 FHIR and standard terminologies.
