HL7 Common Terminology Services Service Functional Model Specification v2

Common terminology services 2 (CTS2) provides a standardised interface for the management of healthcare terminology. This document sets out the service functional model (SFM), which specifies a common structural model for the management of terminology and the interactions between terminology providers and consumers.
