HL7 Domain Analysis Model: Harmonization of Health Quality Artifact Reasoning and Expression Logic, Release 1

This document defines the common concepts and semantics involved in modelling reasoning within the various aspects of the health quality domain. It describes the underlying concepts and behaviour necessary to enable the expression and accurate communication of health quality reasoning across the domains of quality measurement and clinical decision support. By doing this, it aims to provide a common conceptual foundation that other specifications can use whenever they need to express and communicate expression logic.
