This document describes how to use IHE Structured Data Capture (SDC) with Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) to enable the transmission of electronic Cancer Protocols (eCPs) data. The document supports creation of structured data in FHIR and use of that data for applications such as public health reporting, quality measurement and evaluation, clinical guideline concordance evaluation, and auto-population of future forms.
