This implementation guide provides guidance on structured data capture (SDC), specifically on the use of Questionnaire and QuestionnaireResponse resources in Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR). It establishes minimal expectations to support interoperability. This is intended to support capabilities that will benefit providers, patients and other users, including workflows, finding questionnaires, rendering form content, user interactions with forms, automatically populating forms, extracted data, sharing components of forms and adaptive forms.
