HL7 Version 3 Domain Analysis Model: Diet And Nutrition Orders, Release 2

The exchange of information on oral diets, enteral nutrition (tube feeding and infant formula), oral nutritional supplements, food allergies, food intolerances and food preferences are required to provide inpatients and residents with nutritionally and culturally appropriate foods.

This domain analysis model covers the exchange of nutrition order information across the continuum of care.
