Services Australia advises that the team known as ‘OTS Liaison’ has changed names and will now be known as ‘Developer Support’.

What this means for you

Developer Support will continue to be responsible for the Health Systems Developer Portal and can assist you with:

  • portal registrations
  • seeking test data to begin development, and
  • seeking production access for applications on completion of certification testing.

We will also continue to send business communications relating to Services Australia programs and the availability of ICT systems.

Please use the above email address for all your administration enquiries.

The OTS Helpdesk team and OTS Product Integration team have not changed.

  • OTS Helpdesk assists with the diagnosis and resolution of technical issues during the development and production phases. The team also engages other areas within the agency to seek a solution where required. For technical queries call 1300 550 115 or email [email protected].
  • OTS Product Integration team tests and grants your application/s with production certification.  For assistance call 1300 550 115 or email [email protected].

Healthcare Identifiers (HI) Service - Scheduled degradation – VENDOR environment 

Services Australia advises there may be a minor degradation to the Healthcare Identifiers (HI) Service VENDOR environment on Wednesday 29 April 2020.

If the degradation does occur, it is expected to occur between 8:00pm and 11:59pm (AEST) Wednesday 29 April 2020.

Note: The degradation to the HI Service VENDOR environment may also impact transactions with the My Health Record Vendor environment.

System degradation to the Healthcare Identifiers (HI) Service - VENDOR environment 

Services Australia would like to advise that there is a degradation to the use of the Healthcare Identifiers (HI) Service VENDOR environment.

The degradation began at 10:55am (AEST) on Friday 17 April 2020 and is still under investigation.

This may result in a failure to some transactions.

Good Friday and Easter Monday Public Holiday 2020 - Vendor environment not available

Services Australia advises that from Friday 10 April 2020 to Monday 13 April 2018 inclusive, the Vendor environment for developers will NOT be available.

The OTS Liaison, Product Integration and Support Desk teams will be closed as of COB Thursday 9 April 2020 and will return Tuesday 14 April 2020. The OTS Support Desk phone number

1300 550 115 will be diverted to the on-call number for critical production issues only.

Intermittent degradation to the Healthcare Identifiers (HI) Service - PRODUCTION environment 

Services Australia would like to advise that the Healthcare Identifiers (HI) Service PRODUCTION environment experienced a degradation of service from 2:27pm to 2:51pm Tuesday 7 April 2020 (AEST).

This issue is now resolved.

Services Australia would like to advise that on Monday 9 March 2020, the Healthcare Identifiers (HI) Service VENDOR environment will be available with limited support due to the Canberra Day public holiday.

Please note that the HI Service VENDOR environment is supported during business hours: 08:30 - 17:00 (AEST/AEDT) Monday to Friday, excluding national public holidays.

The Australian Government Department of Human Services (the department) would like to advise that an issue impacted some organisations use of the Healthcare Identifiers (HI) Service VENDOR environment on Tuesday 10 December between 8:30 am until 12:41 pm (AEDT).
