Quick intro

Before using PCA as a publisher or subscriber, an organisation must:

  1. register
  2. submit a participation agreement by an individual representative of the organisation 
  3. authorise a client for that organisation.

PCA Participation Manager

The following table lists the high level steps that the Publisher  and Subscriber (Business partner) need to implement with the PCA Participation Manager and the supported channels:

Registering an organisation for both Publisher and Subscriber roles

If there is requirement for the organisation to be both a publisher and subscriber then once an organisation has successfully completed a registration it can register for the other role.

If the organisation is already a publisher and it would like to register as a subscriber the following suffix needs to be added to URL after the "Edit Organisation" button is pressed:

If the organisation is already a subscriber and it would like to register as a publisher the following suffix needs to be added to URL after the "Edit Organisation" button is pressed:
